I cancelled Xanga Premium almost 10 months ago because, well Xanga sucks.  You can't run most codes, you can't do much of anything really.  But that's not important, what is important is that I cancelled it.  Or at leat I thought I did.

So what a surprise to get in my inbox "This email confirms that you sent $24.00 USD to Xanga.com, Inc. as a subscription payment.". 

What??? 

Apparently clicking a button to cancel on your site isn't enough.

You have to go to your paypal account, go through all your stuff to find your Xanga subscription and cancel it.

But you're not done!

Then you have to fucking email Xanga and asked to be cancelled.

Well I didn't do steps 2 and 3, thought "cancel premium" was enough, so I got billed $24.

Which they won't give back, but in their email they happily pointed out the error in my ways.

FU Xanga.
